7 Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences

8 Linking Your Bank Account (Open Banking)

8.1 When you create a user account, you will have the ability to link your bank account via our “Open Banking Service.”

8.2 When you consent to link your bank account, we will receive details of all transactions that have taken place on that account (typically up to 5 years). We will have ongoing access to this data for a period of 90 days following your request. You may revoke our access at any time by logging into your account.

8.3 Any information or notifications concerning our Open Banking Service will be communi-cated to you at the email address which you use to log in to your account.
‍
8.4 We will provide you with at least 2 months notice before making any changes to the terms of our Open Banking Service.

9 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

11.1 The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.

11.2 These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
